How can I make a reservation?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during high season. However, we do accept last-minute bookings based on availability.

Absolutely! If your address isn’t listed in the form or you need a vehicle with a different capacity, feel free to contact us directly via WhatsApp or email for a custom quote. We’re happy to work with you to find the best option for your needs.

Yes, you can modify your reservation (such as pickup time, location, or flight details) free of charge, as long as you notify us at least 4 hours in advance.

No, advance payment is not required. You can choose from the following payment options:

Yes. You can book a ride on behalf of someone else — just make sure to include their full name, contact number, and flight details so we can coordinate directly with them if needed.

Is it possible to book a return transfer from the airport to my hotel or vice versa?

Absolutely. You can book a one-way or round trip when making your reservation. Just provide your return flight details, and we’ll take care of the rest. 

Meet and greet is included in all categories. Our representative in charge of escorting you to your vehicle will be at the terminal waiting for you with a sign with your name on it and the CROWN logo.

The driver will wait up to 80 minutes after your flight has landed. If you need more time (e.g., for immigration or baggage issues), please notify us via WhatsApp or email.

We monitor flights to be aware of any delays. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time accordingly. The driver always arrives at least 5 minutes before the monitored landing time. You will have 80 minutes of free waiting time from the time the system indicates the flight landed (which is always sufficient in 90% of cases).

In case of cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your transfer.

If your luggage is lost upon arrival, please notify the airline and contact us via email or WhatsApp. We’ll wait for you and do our best to assist while the situation is being resolved.

Yes, meet & greet is included. At Terminal A, the driver will be waiting right at the exit with a sign with your name and the CROWN logo. At Terminal B, because the parking lot is under renovation and the airport authority does not allow vehicles to stop for more than 3 minutes, our representative will greet you with a sign with your name and the CROWN logo and will proceed to call the assigned driver to enter the terminal.

We recommend scheduling your pickup well in advance of your flight departure. The ideal pickup time depends on your hotel area, the travel time to Punta Cana International Airport, and whether you are traveling with checked luggage or only carry-on bags.

As a general rule, guests traveling with checked bags should allow extra time for airline check-in and baggage drop-off. Guests traveling with carry-on only may choose a slightly later pickup time.

For transfers to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), we recommend the following minimum pickup times from your hotel before your flight departure:

  • Cap Cana / Cabeza de Toro:
    • 2 hours 30 minutes before departure with checked bags
    • 2 hours before departure with carry-on only
  • Bávaro:
    • 3 hours before departure with checked bags
    • 2 hours 30 minutes before departure with carry-on only
  • Macao / Uvero Alto:
    • 3 hours 45 minutes before departure with checked bags
    • 3 hours before departure with carry-on only
  • Bayahibe / La Romana:
    • 4 hours before departure with checked bags
    • 3 hours 30 minutes before departure with carry-on only
  • Miches:
    • 4 hours 30 minutes before departure with checked bags
    • 4 hours before departure with carry-on only

When booking an airport transfer, you only need to provide your flight number and departure time — there is no need to calculate the pickup time yourself. Our team will review your flight details and recommend a pickup time based on your hotel location and flight schedule, so you can travel stress-free.

Please note that these are our recommended minimum pickup times based on our operational experience. Guests are welcome to choose a different pickup time if preferred, but CROWN Ride Reservation cannot be held responsible for missed flights when a later pickup time is selected against our recommendation.

Are your transfers private or shared?

All our transfers are 100% private. You’ll never have to share a vehicle with strangers — the ride is exclusively for you and your group.

We offer a wide range of vehicles to meet your needs, including hatchbacks for budget-friendly travel, sedans, SUVs, vans, minibuses, and full-size buses. All vehicles are air-conditioned and driven by professional, courteous drivers.

You can select the vehicle that best suits your group size and luggage needs on the reservation form. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll be happy to recommend the best option.

All vehicles are air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is available in select vehicles — if this is important to you, let us know during booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Each passenger is allowed one large suitcase and one carry-on bag. If you are traveling with additional luggage, please inform us during the booking process to ensure the vehicle has sufficient space. We have vehicles adapted to different passenger capacities. You can check the luggage regulations for each vehicle on the booking form, to the right of each vehicle option.

Yes, our drivers will gladly assist you with loading and unloading your luggage at both pickup and drop-off locations.

All communication is managed through our official WhatsApp number, Facebook Messenger or email which serves as our central support line. We have real-time access to your driver’s location and trip details, allowing us to provide accurate assistance. While we do not operate 24/7 for general inquiries, our team is active at any hour when there is a confirmed reservation scheduled around that time. If your pickup is approaching or in progress, you can count on real-time support.

Yes, child seats are available upon request at no extra charge. Unlike many other companies that charge extra for this service, we include it for free as part of our commitment to your family’s safety and comfort. Our standard transfers are point-to-point, but we can accommodate extra stops upon request. Additional fees may apply depending on the number of stops and distance. Let us know in advance and we’ll confirm the details.
