Is it possible to book a return transfer from the airport to my hotel or vice versa?

Absolutely. You can book a one-way or round trip when making your reservation. Just provide your return flight details, and we’ll take care of the rest. 

Meet and greet is included in all categories. Our representative in charge of escorting you to your vehicle will be at the terminal waiting for you with a sign with your name on it and the CROWN logo.

The driver will wait up to 80 minutes after your flight has landed. If you need more time (e.g., for immigration or baggage issues), please notify us via WhatsApp or email.

We monitor flights to be aware of any delays. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time accordingly. The driver always arrives at least 5 minutes before the monitored landing time. You will have 80 minutes of free waiting time from the time the system indicates the flight landed (which is always sufficient in 90% of cases).

In case of cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your transfer.

If your luggage is lost upon arrival, please notify the airline and contact us via email or WhatsApp. We’ll wait for you and do our best to assist while the situation is being resolved.

Yes, meet & greet is included. At Terminal A, the driver will be waiting right at the exit with a sign with your name and the CROWN logo. At Terminal B, because the parking lot is under renovation and the airport authority does not allow vehicles to stop for more than 3 minutes, our representative will greet you with a sign with your name and the CROWN logo and will proceed to call the assigned driver to enter the terminal.

We recommend scheduling your pickup well in advance of your flight departure. The ideal pickup time depends on your hotel area, the travel time to Punta Cana International Airport, and whether you are traveling with checked luggage or only carry-on bags.

As a general rule, guests traveling with checked bags should allow extra time for airline check-in and baggage drop-off. Guests traveling with carry-on only may choose a slightly later pickup time.

For transfers to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), we recommend the following minimum pickup times from your hotel before your flight departure:

When booking an airport transfer, you only need to provide your flight number and departure time — there is no need to calculate the pickup time yourself. Our team will review your flight details and recommend a pickup time based on your hotel location and flight schedule, so you can travel stress-free.

Please note that these are our recommended minimum pickup times based on our operational experience. Guests are welcome to choose a different pickup time if preferred, but CROWN Ride Reservation cannot be held responsible for missed flights when a later pickup time is selected against our recommendation.

All our transfers are 100% private. You’ll never have to share a vehicle with strangers — the ride is exclusively for you and your group.

We offer a wide range of vehicles to meet your needs, including hatchbacks for budget-friendly travel, sedans, SUVs, vans, minibuses, and full-size buses. All vehicles are air-conditioned and driven by professional, courteous drivers.

All vehicles are air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is available in select vehicles — if this is important to you, let us know during booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Each passenger is allowed one large suitcase and one carry-on bag.
